Under Tommy's bed lived Glorp, who loved sunny days best! He peeked out and watched dust sparkles dance.
"Wheee!" Glorp stretched himself thin like spaghetti. He tickled the floorboards and made them giggle softly.
The golden sun started yawning behind the curtains. Glorp felt a little yawn coming too... "Ahhhh."
He heard Tommy's footsteps getting slower and quieter. Time for gentle games instead of silly ones.
Glorp squished himself into a soft purple pillow shape. "So comfy," he whispered to the quiet room.
He stretched into a fuzzy blanket, all warm and cozy. The evening air felt nice and cool.
Tommy was getting ready for bed above him. Glorp made himself round like a sleepy moon.
"Time for my bedtime shapes," Glorp said softly. First, he became a fluffy cloud, floating gently.
Then he turned into a warm cup of milk shape. "Mmmm, this feels so nice and dreamy."
He tried being a soft teddy bear next. His lumps felt extra snuggly in this cozy form.
"Goodnight, dust bunnies," Glorp whispered. "Goodnight, squeaky floorboard. Sleep tight, everyone."
He gave a gentle wave to the moonbeam peeking under the bed. "Goodnight, silver light."
Glorp curled up in his favorite sleeping shape - a warm cinnamon roll. So perfectly round and cozy.
The soft carpet felt like a cloud beneath him. Everything was quiet, safe, and peaceful now.
Glorp's eyes grew heavy as he dreamed of tomorrow's stretches. "Zzzzz..." Sweet dreams, silly Glorp.
