By accessing or using Momo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including children whose use must be supervised by parents or guardians.
Momo is a mobile application that provides interactive storytelling experiences, fairy tales, audiobooks, and ebooks for children and families. The App allows users to discover, read, listen to, and share stories in a safe and engaging environment.

All content in the App, including stories, illustrations, audio, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Momo or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are subject to the terms of the platform from which you download the App (e.g., Apple App Store). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions through your device's settings.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App. We provide parental control features to help you manage your child's experience. By allowing your child to use the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
