The little rooster on the shed stood still. It did not spin. It did not wiggle. Duggo tilted his head. “I can fix that!”
Up went Duggo. Up, up, UP! CREAK! WOBBLE! The ladder went left. Duggo went right. “I can fix that!”
He grabbed the rooster with both paws. He tugged. He pulled. SPROIIING! The rooster spun round and round and round!
CLONK! It stopped. The rooster beak pointed straight… down. Down at the dirt. Down at a worm. “Hmm,” said Duggo.
Duggo climbed down. He stood tall. He said very seriously: “The wind is coming… from underground!” Mrs. Rabbit's ears shot up. BOING!
Mrs. Rabbit giggled. Then she laughed. Then she laughed SO hard — WHOOPS! — her spectacles flew right off her pink nose!
Duggo caught the spectacles. He plopped them back, slightly sideways. Mrs. Rabbit laughed even harder. “I can fix that!” grinned Duggo.
