In his cozy pond, Froxi the pink frog gazed up at the twinkling stars. He hugged his favorite telescope tight and smiled.
"Someday I'll fly up there!" he said, pointing at the bright Moon. His heart felt warm and full of dreams.
Splash! An empty orange juice can landed in the pond. Froxi's eyes grew wide. "This is perfect!" he shouted with glee.
Froxi jumped and grabbed the can. He turned it over and over, his mind racing with exciting ideas.
He found shiny buttons and colorful wires by the pond. With quick hops, he gathered everything he could carry.
Tap-tap-tap! Froxi worked hard, building and creating. His little rocket started to take shape, orange and wonderful.
But the rocket kept tipping over! Froxi tried again and again. "How can I make it stand up straight?" he wondered.
He looked around, feeling puzzled. The rocket needed something special to help it balance just right.
His webbed feet felt tired from all the jumping. Maybe building rockets was harder than he thought!
Then Froxi remembered something important. He stuck four sturdy sticks in the mud to hold his rocket steady.
"Now it works!" Froxi cheered. He climbed inside his orange rocket and pressed the biggest, reddest button.
WHOOOOSH! Up, up, up he flew! Past the clouds, past the stars, all the way to the silvery Moon!
And there, hopping on the Moon, were pink frogs just like him! "Welcome, space explorer!" they called out happily.
The Moon frogs shared their moon cheese (it tasted like strawberries!) and showed Froxi their crater homes.
As Earth twinkled below, Froxi felt cozy and loved. He had found friends among the stars at last.
